Imagine a world where you can bring one-hundred percent of yourself to work and encourage others to do the same. In the midst of sustained stress and uncertain times, our relationship with ourselves, our colleagues and our employers is radically changing. In both our personal and work lives we are being called to question and clarify what really matters, realign our priorities and relate to each other in a more compassionate and people-centered way.
Jen Paragas and Rachel Schaffer, organizational consultants and people strategists, co-lead a thought-provoking, innovative and experiential online workshop that deconstructs the conventional barriers often maintained between our personal and work identities using their own “100% Human” framework. Their goal is to share a more relevant, integrated and holistic view of what people-centered work looks like and what is needed to support it. Whether you are a leader, manager or individual contributor, you will walk away with the latest research, new strategies and tools that you can put to use for yourself and others to find more connection, harmony and meaning in your professional life.

Once defined, you’ll find can change the way you respond to adversity, the way you do business, and the way you select, nurture, grow and exit people as based on these foundational principles.
DiSC Workplace is a research-validated, time tested behavioral assessment, taken already by over 2 million people. Following each participant’s completion of their DiSC assessment, we will come together to review overlapping strengths and areas of opportunity as you build, grow, and retain your team. Raise awareness and discover how others see you and how well that aligns, or not, with your own self-concept (how you wish to be seen). Through entertaining and interactive break out groups, insightful trends will emerge around how your organization's primary DiSC type directly impacts your business and people operations. From this lens we will learn how to beter attract, develop and retain talent, strategically improve communication (internal and external), speak each other's conflict language, and create stronger relationships -- all while leveraging your team's natural profile.
