Jen Paragas has over 20 years of deep experience leading People, Performance & HR in companies of all sizes, growth stages & industries. She believes that organizations must understand what motivates and engages their employees in order to optimize hiring decisions, development, collaboration, and productivity. Working on the frontlines of HR, she was frequently frustrated by the lack of alignment in people, strategy, and execution. So much wasted creativity and talent! In 2012 Jen saw an opportunity to build a human-centered firm that designs straightforward, data-driven, and effective talent strategies that promote vibrant cultures, push everyone to the top of their game, and drive results.
As a business executive and ICF certified coach, Jen partners with clients to design and facilitate solutions that elevate learning, build trust, and crush goals. She has an innate ability to forge solid and sustainable relationships. Jen has a strong command of what it takes to succeed in organizations, is quick to understand the contextual environment, and helps her clients zero in on behavioral shifts that have a demonstrable impact.
Prior to her consulting career, Jen served in HR leadership positions at Discovery Communications, America Online and Fannie Mae– building capability in agile people operations, competency modeling, communications, employee engagement, and human resource project management. Jen is married, the parent of two teenagers, and recently relocated to the Greater Boston area from Washington, D.C.
