Are you a motivated, high-performing professional facing a new challenge? A neurodiverse working on a neurotypical team? Recently left your position or been let go? Or do you simply believe you could be making a greater contribution to your organization, community, or family?
Working collaboratively, I partner with clients to define goals, recognize and leverage natural strengths, rewrite old narratives, reveal answers to strategic questions, align with core values, and create opportunities for growth. It’s an exciting, nurturing process and is often transformative for clients.
Because I've been a member of executive teams responsible for developing strategy during turbulent times, across many industries and corporate cultures, I have hands-on experience with what really works for leaders to successfully grow their skills amidst changing circumstances.
Coaching requires great care and respect for those I have the privilege to work with. As an ACC certified coach, I listen deeply to my clients to ensure we define and reach an agreed measure of success. I use mindfulness techniques, executive functioning, visualization, 360 data, research-based behavioral assessments and accountability plans, along with a firm belief in your inherent ability.
Our executive coaching clients range from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and cover many industries including Technology, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare. Each 60-minute coaching session is tailored to the individual or organization's goals.
We’ll start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery session in order to determine fit, discuss your personal and professional goals, and identify the best approach. Our fees are on a sliding scale. Whatever your financial situation, we’ll find a way to make it work.
